Character Description/Notes: Alisa is an extremely private and focused individual; she is the consummate professional and she follows the RULEBOOK to the letter; always. With a single exception: if you refer to her by any name other than "Sarge", you will pay - in PAIN. As one of the foremost and capable "Sensitives" of Special Ops: Section 13, she was hand-selected to lead the investigation into a recent rash of "visual and audible battlefield experiences" (officially referred to as VABEs).

Unknown to her superiors, however, Alisa has also been experiencing what some have, off the record, called "The Call" or "THE VOICE" inside her head. Overall, Alisa is highly capable and eager, but she is anything but foolhardy and is no risk-taker; in terms of Ops (Investigative or Combat), she is strictly a "By the BOOK" kinda gal.

Despite all her bravado, Sarge does have an oft unseen "softer" side. Although, in truth, this "softer side" would make most hard-nosed commandos sill blanch in fear... Sarge is highly intelligent and well-written, she keeps journals of all her travels, thoughts, exploits. For those lucky enough to get a glance (or foolish enough to try and steal one) into this, Sarge's hidden world, they'll be surprised to find an elegantly-spoken, deep-thinking poet beneath the grime, Kevlar, and gruff exterior.

Tactics: Alisa is more than formidable in both combat and non-combat situations. In hot scenarios, you'll find her leading with her grenade launcher when heavy artillery is called for, otherwise deferring to her trusty pistol. In "close quarters" time, Sarge is partial to Wraith, her prized Silver Saber, but knows that you have to use the correct tool to get the job done.

Alisa has a "sixth sense" when it comes to things that go bump in the night; it's not often that she gets surprised by a spook or bum-fuzzled by a bogey. This "sense", combined with her High-bred military training, razor-keen intellect, hyper-superior reflexes and excellent diplomatic skills; make her a force to be reckoned with.

Sarge is a natural-born leader, although she does not style herself as one. She often downplays her talents as she watches who among the group will try and lead. However, when the LZ is "hot" and there are monsters waiting in the wings to rip her people to shreds, she does not back down from anything, often even disobeying direct orders if she knows that it will save the lives of her men. To Sarge, that's an unwritten rule that even takes precedence above the "the BOOK" - you never sacrifice the lives of those under your watch.
