"Now, where in all the cogs of the Great Machine is my tether?!?"

Character Description/Notes: Klik roller number 201132 (a.k.a. "Roller") always had a "feeling" that it was destined to do something special for the Great Machine. After all, it was one of the very first versions of the new "02" Roller models; which had to account for something! It had no idea, however, that its "special assignment" from the Core would come in the form of an encoded and somewhat illogically structured audio-vibratory message that had apparently been jumbled during transmission. By the time it reached the spunky Klik's copper-core recepto-tennas, it seemed as if it had bounced all across the Cosmos and back!

Roller had no sooner received the message and begin decoding it when it received a missive from the Great Machine instructing it to do just that – and more! 201132 had been assigned an entire series of unusually linked and seemingly illogical-strung together travels to worlds other than the Great Machine. While it ran the numbers of sheer impossibility of their even being other worlds outside the infinitely large Great Machine, the implacable Roller Klik began running its sub-de-encoder routines to extract all of the specific and relevant field-op data from the missive from the Core.

Apparently, Roller had already been given its first and newest assignment on this strange adventure (did it even dare use that term?): meet up with and escort a errant Klik Tripod designated as 8V%%54VV (a.k.a. Buzzsaw). Apparently the oddly wound Tripod had been assigned a simple scouting mission and had sprung a cog or two and was now wandering about directionless. Which, as any Roller worth its copper coils knows perfectly well - simply won't do.

According to the now properly decoded and accessed missive sub-code, there was something unique about this particular Tripod's construction or make-up which would act as a lodestone and direct both it and 201123 to the source of a strange new energy source, which was apparently the ultimate goal of this new and haphazardly structured mission from the Great Machine.

Tactics: Roller is not a front-line combatant; in a fight, it tends to serve in a support-line type of role, using its extraordinary speed and multi-purpose gadgetry to equally assist and amaze. Its increased range of movement afforded by its speed, wheelhooks, and Shoulder Mounted Launcher (SML) keep it out of range of most melee attacks. However, if Roller happens to find itself in a hand-to-hand situation, then its arc coils and electrocution powers come in very handy!
