Location: The ruins of north Toledo, Ohio — near Lake Erie.
Setting: Early dawn on a cool autumn day, just outside the ruins of the Toledo North Assembly Plant — an automobile plant that used to manufacture Jeeps before the Event.
Forces: A North American Union (NAU Defenders) forward reconnaissance squad versus an Undead Infection (UI) mob.

355 Setup: When not fighting for their lives, all NAU bases engage in reconnaissance and salvage — they send out platoons to gather pre-Event machinery and equipment from the ruins of the past. A platoon hailing from Wright-Patterson has recently been scouring the ruins of Toledo in an attempt to fulfill this mandate, splitting into four teams to expand their salvage operation. Things went well for two weeks, until the Green Team accidentally attracted unwanted attention to the operation… undead. The Lieutenant gave orders to evacuate, and everyone's out — except Blue Team.
Blue Team has spent two long, laborious weeks in the old Toledo North Assembly Plant. It took the majority of the time just to clean up the site, but they finally found some good lathes and presses and they're determined to return with their find. Working through a long and tense night, always listening for the warning from their lookouts, they loaded their two trucks (salvage teams are the only ones sanctioned by the NAU to use automobiles) to full carrying capacity. Now everyone's nearly ready to roll on out, and their commanding Sergeant is determined to get his squad back to safe ground before the day officially breaks.
Unfortunately, a mob of undead is going to put a wrench in his plans. Drawn by the activity of the forklifts and trucks (as well as the smell of warm flesh), the undead are quickly closing in on the former assembly plant… led by a cunning Flesh-ripper who's encountered NAU before. It has some idea what to expect and a simple, effective plan: the wretches and brutes in its horde will mob whoever amongst the "meat" holds the biggest gun.
