Well, you may consider broadening the themes a little:

Core Powers (all the decks listed as "Powers (Core)")
Environment
Factions
GM's Corner (Banes and Hostile Hands)
Iconics (all Iconic and Triple Threat decks)

Other themes: By race, but include Faction and Power Decks that are related.

Apoc: Apoc Starter Deck, TT: Slugs & Steel, Iconics: Sarge, Lock 'n' Load.

That sort of thing. :)

Battle Backdrop Deals: Like if you're going to preview a Battle Backdrop one week, put those decks included in a special weekly deal.

I agree with Ben, that it would be useful to offer Adventures with associated structured decks for use. I envision, given the effort needed to develop, that these would be about a once-a-month product. The adventures would be developed around existing decks, but could be for any of the Untold mini-campaign settings that are starting to emerge. It could also be a mechanic for distributing new cards until enough cards with a common theme are developed to create a new deck.

This may be a great way to highlight the new settings, attract new customers (give them a reason to try game at a reasonable entry price) and show-off the best work of fans. For example, I'd like to see some Steamfunk adventures in one of the great steam engines, or on an airship.

Yea, I agree completely. The current chink in our armor in that light would be getting stuff through layout, but we're doing several somethings right now to alleviate that...so maybe soon we could see something like you describe. :D

If you ask me, you've already got the right idea, Ashy. The same day a great deal on a core product is released at a significant discount on Loot, you offer a discount here on the perfect complements to said product. Keep that kind of thinking up. I realize you don't have a set on Loot all the time, but today was a stroke of genius (or maybe luck, I don't know how Loot works). I bought the Apoc set from Loot this morning before heading to work and I just popped in here after checking my email and seeing the special to pick up some Skills & Traits. In a few weeks all the fixings for a complete character will be sitting on my porch. Wouldn't it be cool if they all turned up on the same day?

If no more pefrect convergence of Loot and Untold sale is likely for a while, I know I'd also like to see specials on the environment decks.

That was totally luck, but if I'd not made the attempt and sent the newsletter out today, I would have never know it! Also, if you would not have posted some excellent feedback for me, I also would have remained in the dark, so thanks a million! :D

I will see what I can do about making some goodly goodness like this happen again in the days ahead! :D

EDIT: I wonder if the Elite members would like knowing what Weekly Specials were coming up (and possibly accessing) ahead of time? I'm always looking to make the Elite membership an even better deal, so feel free to drop me a PM and let me know what you think of this idea if you're an Elite member!

EDIT: The scaling costs of shipping makes placing larger orders more efficient. I wouldn't have minded using the weekly special, but I'll wait and use my Elite discount after another deck or two are released. :)
