Scenery
Dungeoneering.net (http://www.dungeoneering.net) has a nice line of free printable terrain including dungeon tiles and much more.
WOTC offers more free printable maps, tiles, and such: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mi/20041007b
Paperterrain.com offers a large variety of buildings in numerous scales. Many are meant for more historical play. http://www.paperterrain.com
Battlemats
Chessex Battlemats come in a variety of sizes and prints (squares, hexes, and more) http://www.chessex.com/mats/Battlemats_&_Megamats.htm
Battlegraph produces a line of puzzle-piece dry erase boards http://www.battlegraph.com/
Measuring Devices
Using the generally accepted scale of 1" = 5ft, you can easily convert distances and use a tape measure to determine the range and area of effect of powers.
MHM specifically recommends the MABIS Soft Tape Measure http://www.amazon.com/MABIS-DMI-Healthcare-35-780-010-Measure/dp/B001BJO....
As I do a lot of wargaming, I tend to have a lot of tape measures on hand anyway. I generally pick mine up from Wal-Mart of Dollar Tree.
Card Protectors
There are numerous companies that produce card sleeves, but UltraPro seems to be the accepted standard (and have the sanction of Certified Untold GM Manyhattedman)

Software
BattlegroundGames, the makers of Battleground: RPG, have compiled about the most complete list of RPG software out there: http://www.battlegroundsgames.com/links.html

If you talk to them they might make an Untold set.

UltraPro makes packs of 100 Clear Deck Protector Sleeves, which I use in my deck box. For those using binder organization, they also sell boxes of 100 Count 9-Pocket Clear Trading Card Binder Pages.
For what it's worth, you can write on these with dry erase markers to keep track of minion damage, or overcome levels for banes, or any number of other things.
Speaking of dry erase markers, I use a product called Battlegraph Dry Erase Boards to draw out and set up combat areas. You can use the squares on them or disregard them (as I do) - but they are portable and extremely useful in helping your players visualize combat zones so they can maneuver (or do neat tactical stuff). Instead of using the rigid squares, I use a fabric tape measure - but I've seen and can specifically recommend the MABIS Soft Tape Measure because it is retractable. One inch equals 5' is a system that serves me well in ranges and movement.
The battlegraph stuff looks cool but at $46 to ship to the UK a bit rich for my blood! Will have to settle with Chessex.
We should add Lumberklik's B.I.T.S. here!!!

Awesome - thanks a ton! :D
