Open Call: Looking for "Department Heads"

Ok gang - this has been coming for a while now and I'm finally getting a chance to put electrons to er... um.... electrons? Anywho... If you haven't noticed, things are kinda hopping here at Untoldthegame.com - which is a very, very, very good thing. A thing that is almost totally due to all of you wonderful guys and gals out there who comprise our fan base: if it were not for you, all the time we spend coming up with stuff would be for, well, just us. :P

Anywho - as things get busier and busier on this side of the electronic curtain, that means that somethings are more likely to fall through the cracks. Things falling through the cracks is not something I'm to keen on - I really don't like it at all, as a matter of fact and it's why I'm the "Project Manager Guy" for Ignitus. That being said, I'm only one guy. I've gotten to the point where I really need to bring in some help.

So, I'm looking back and pulling a page out of the history books - way back in the day when I was running Planewalker, we had Section Heads, or Department Heads, or something (I honestly don't remember what we called them) but regardless, they were folks who had volunteered to take a section of the site under their purview and basically run things for me. While we're not there YET with Untold, I am looking for some folks who are interested, motivated and looking to step in and head up certain areas of this site. Specifically:

• Fiction - this is a really popular section of the site and I'm looking for someone who wants to step in and grow this area. You don't have to write all the fiction that appears on the site by any means, but you will be responsible for editing the content that comes in. You'd also need to prepare the final posts, which involves a little HTML, but not much. Also, it would be great if you could begin growing our stable of fiction writers from interested prospects.
• Power UP! Articles - (You can find these over in the GM's Section of the boards - there are several of them there. Again, the individual over these would not be responsible for writing all of them, but you will need to edit them as they come in, and you'd also need to prepare the final posts, which involves a little HTML, but not much. Again, it would be a good idea to being building a stable of writers who are interested in the more mechanics side of Untold, as that's what these articles tend to center on.
• Minions - This is a section of the site that hasn't even gotten off the ground yet. It has been our intention all along to have a section of the site that focuses on Minion write-ups, which are sort of like a cross between a Power UP! (i.e. mechanics) and an Ecology (i.e. story/setting background). Whomever heads this up would need to probably write the first few to "set the tone" of these articles and then start branching out, finding new folks to step up and write a few.
• Fanonical - I would love to have a head for the Fanonical section of the site - we've got a lot of stuff built up and we need to start scheduling releases. The main goal here is growing the Setting section of the sites. We want to start creating articles on the other worlds, areas in between, specific sites, etc... The basic duties here are really pretty simple: a little editing, formatting, and trying to marry a pic or two to each update; otherwise, it's pretty cut and dried.
• Player-oriented articles - Things like the Insta-Adventures, cool card combos, full up adventures, tactics articles for players, etc (there are more here - those sorts of things are needed to beef this section up. The Head of this area would be tasked with coming up with new concepts and executing them (or seeing that they are executed)...
• Battle-stuff - Coming up with more Battle Backgrounds and the like; this individual might well be the same person who works on the Minions, above. If not, they will work closely together...
• Conversions - if anyone out there is a "stats-head" and loves crunch, please drop me a PM. Specifically, we're looking for folks who like to play in the worlds of Pathfinder and Savage Worlds.
