Hey all, I placed my first order a few days ago. This week has been interesting to say the least, but I did have a store issue. I tried to use the promo codes to apply to my order and it stated that I didn't have valid products in my shopping cart. I ordered an Iconic Deck as well as the Gifts of M. and tried the promo code off of two different cards and it wouldn't take it.
Not a big issue, just wanted to let you know about the difficulties... maybe the site just dosen't like me...

I played this game at Plan On
I played this game at Plan On Con and really enjoyed it. I got my promo code off a card from ManyHattedMan and it unfortunately isn't working. I'm actually planning on purchasing this game as a gift to someone who lives in Australia, and I need to have it there before July 31st.
Then I guess my next question, while I'm here, is can I ship to Australia straight from the website?

We're looking into the promo code issue, but sadly, I have to be honest and tell you that we allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, so it's possible that we won't be able to make your July 31st deadline. Is it a birthday or something? If so, we might be able to throw in a poster or something as a "belated" present to offset the shipment being late... :P
But yes, we've recently added international shipping to the site, so we should be able to ship "Down Under"! :)
Oh, and +50 UP for giving Untold as a gift - that's AWESOME!

Actually it's for a "secret Santa" gift.
If any of you are familiar with the web comic Penny-Arcade, then you are probably familiar with their giant fan base. They also have a very large forum, which I am a member of. One of the subforums is called "Critical Failures" which is dedicated to all types of table top gaming. They usually have 2 secret Santas (summer and of course Christmas) in the year. After playing this game, I think it's a perfect give. Plus I figure spreading it to another country would be great, too.
So yeah, there is a deadline that has to be met so I don't upset people and seem like a deadbeat. I'll still do it without the promo, though, now that I know it may take a while for shipping. I'll place my order today.

Secondly, keep your card! There are some issues going on with the promo codes right this moment, but as soon as they kick back in you'll still be able to use the code on there to get your discount - they only expire once USED, so keep it handy!

Ryadic, drop me a message via the site's contact feature and let me know what code you're trying to use. We'll get it sorted out.
It's not just you. I got the same response when attempting to place my first online order with the promo code I got from Ben at Imagicon way back a month ago. Now that I know it's more than just myself getting that error, I'm going to go ahead and e-mail Ashy a screenshot of the response it gives when attempting to use the code on the site. Hopefully that will help to resolve the problem.
