I have a question about these cards, specifically as to why they cost the same in UP.
They both have the same MAG, but Regeneration recovers UP per Minute, while Lesser Regeneration recovers Per Hour.
Given that, why would anyone ever use Lesser Regeneration unless they simply did not have a Regeneration Card (or the GM ruled that Regeneration couldn't work or somesuch)?
Regarding Regeneration 2 and Lesser Regeneration 2, a similar issue applies, as they are both 8 point powers. By how much should Lesser Regen 2 be discounted?
And I think these are the first real 'errata' I've seen. Not necessairly a bad thing.
Did these cards get fixed? Or is this still something I need to be aware of in play?
I don't think there are any plans to "fix" cards or issues errata - so Lesser Regen is kinda a card to play if you don't have one of the better regens. =)
Honestly, it doesn't have to cost more just because it's better unless it's a jaunt. For campaigns, players have to explain how they got greater regen over lesser regen. Replace regen with mutation and you suddenly understand how difficult it is to get that card.
"So how did you get Lesser Mutation?" "I walked beside a flux storm."
"So how did you get Greater Mutation?" "I am not only the son of Wolverine, but also went through heinous surgery by externals in the dang middle of a flux storm."
And thus you see how they can be the same UP but balanced!

You are correct...
Sorry for the error - it is a matter of rounding. Lesser regeneration should cost 1 UP less than regeneration.
