How to build a dragon?

Ideas on how to build those notorious banes of heroes, known as the TPK terrors...the dragon.

UP Range: 120-200+ (Mature); 75-115 (Young to Adolescent)
Race Card: L'na (optional. otherwise, consider this a Living Powers creation)
Size Card: Huge to Gargantuan (or larger) for more mature; small to Large for young to adolescent.
Aspect Card: Soul or Mind 7-12
Powers: Depending on specialty [color]- Mountain's Blessing 2 with Lava Maw 4 [Vermilion]; Forest's Blessing 2 with Acid Blast 4 [sage]; Storm's Blessing 2 with Lightning Scourge 4 [beryl]; Winter's Blessing 2 with Frost Touch 4 [hoary]; Desert's Blessing 2 with Sand Storm 4 [ecru]; Water's Blessing 2 with Torrent of Boiling Water 4 [turquoise]; Investiture of Maoru with Gifts of Maoru [amethyst]; Investiture of Oaze with Gifts of Oaze [aureate] (Note: They will likely use all of their Blessing's/Investiture's abilities, and correspond their natures to their colors; an aureate will be the talkative and kindly, if peaceable, venerable dragon. Sage's, despite their name, act vicious and cunning, pulling their victims into the boggy marsh water or melting them into goo)
Mobile Powers: Body of Air [Hoary, beryl]; Body of Water and Fast Swimmer [Turquoise, Sage]; Phase Into Earth [Vermilion, Ecru]. (Flight and winged powers do not exist outside of Gifts and Storm's Blessing, so make use of those until now)
Attack Powers: Strike 4 (tale), Gore 4, Bite 4, Claws 4, Piercing Claws 4, Inescapable Blades 2
Skills/Traits: High insightful, resilient, strong, wise, etc; high diplomatic or silver-tongued,*** wilderness lore, arcane lore, awareness, etc.
***Those with silver-tongued would use Beguiling Speech, while Diplomatic tend toward Verbose
