I'm pretty good with adobe
I'm pretty good with adobe illustrator if that helps but I don't really know photoshop.

Augmentation and such with GIMP. I can create images to an extent. I'm not a pro by a long shot. Crop, cut, resize, drop in back drops, merge images together and such i'm good, but flat out creation from a drawing or something. I'm not that good yet.
