Location: The ruins of a pre-Event amusement park on the eastern shores of what was once the United States.
Setting: High noon on a stormy, overcast day amidst the slowly-collapsing remnants of a pre-Event amusement park. The Crag Crawlers' eggs are located in a makeshift nest high atop the twisted remains of a Ferris wheel.
Forces: A small force of Undead Infection (UI) wants to steal the young of a pair of mated Crag Crawlers (which are a more advanced version of the vicious Ruinstalkers) for nefarious purposes. The Crag Crawlers have suppressed a rabble of RUINS creatures to defend their unborn young.

325 Setup: Bront, a massive Bone Snapper, has it in mind to nab the as-yet-unhatched young belonging to a pair of mated Crag Crawlers that reside in the shattered ruins of a nearby pre-Event amusement park. Built on a rickety pier that juts out into the frigid (and now highly-acidic) waters of the Atlantic, this spot was once one of the most popular recreation centers on the eastern seaboard of the long-defunct United States. Now it is little more than a crumbling facade of its former self… a decrepit expanse darkened by both its sad fate and its new inhabitants.
Bront, not nearly as dumb as he appears, knows that the Crag Crawlers are the anchors keeping other creatures living in their homes in and around the park. The undead brute believes that if the pair of reptilian ape-things loses their young, they will depart and leave their lands open to new domination — his own. Bront knows that he cannot defeat them both in open combat, however, and until they are gone he cannot control the area as he desires. Plus, the monstrous undead is hungry...
Slee and Kiith are the pair of mated Crag Crawlers. They have no desire to leave their home or do anything but protect their unborn young. As such, they’ve intimidated the other ruin-dwellers into aiding them in their plight… even going so far as to create clever ambushes along the well-worn routes towards their Ferris wheel nesting site. However, because of past wrongs, the pair of Howling Horrors that Slee and Kiith have "recruited" will turn traitor and aid the Undead Infection if they become aware that there are others of their kind on Bront's side of the battle.
